Privacy policy

Effective from 3 November 2026.
This is a translation of the Serbian original; in case of any discrepancy, the Serbian version applies.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the ozoneresidence.rs website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018).

1. Who processes your data

Hereinafter: the “controller” or “we”.

2. What data we collect

When you send an enquiry or register your interest through a form on the website, we collect:

• your first and last name,
• your email address,
• your phone number, if you provide it,
• details of the apartments you are interested in and the content of your message, if you provide them.

When you call us or write to us via WhatsApp or email, we process the data you send us yourself.

When you visit the website, analytics and advertising tools collect technical data: your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you viewed and how you arrived at the website (see section 7).

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• Replying to your enquiry, sending an offer and price, and arranging an apartment viewing. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and the steps we take at your request before a contract may be concluded.
• Measuring website traffic and advertising performance. The basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving our offer.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

4. Who has access to the data

Enquiry data is accessed by the Ozone Residence sales team. The data is technically stored with the service providers we engage: the hosting and email service on which the website runs, and Google and Meta for the tools listed in section 7. These providers process the data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

Google and Meta may also transfer and process website visit data outside the Republic of Serbia, including in the USA, subject to the safeguards set out in their terms of use.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry data for as long as communication about your interest continues, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless you have since become a buyer or the law requires longer retention. After that, we delete it. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the data without delay.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request:

• information about which of your data we process and a copy of that data,
• correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data,
• erasure of your data,
• restriction of processing and transfer of your data to another controller,
• that we stop using your data (objection), or you may withdraw the consent you have given. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Please send your request to prodaja@ozoneresidence.rs. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, www.poverenik.rs.

7. Cookies and analytics tools

The website uses the following tools, which store cookies in your browser:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.): measuring traffic and advertising performance.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): measuring advertising performance on Facebook and Instagram.
• YouTube (Google): showing videos from the construction site. A video loads only when you play it.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The website also works without them.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorised staff have access to enquiry data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date from which it applies.
